Registration opens @ 8:30 A.M
Sessions Opening @ 9:00 A.M all three days- To ensure you don’t miss any presentations at the conference, please arrive early to complete your registration and secure a seat.

Note:  The opening session will be started with the keynote forum. Come early! The front-row seating will be reserved for OCM & Keynotes.

BADGE PICKUP @ 8:30 A.M

Dodge the rush and get in early! Arriving early allows you to register smoothly, pick up your badge, and receive a welcome kit with conference materials.

To ensure we can promptly print your badge before the conference, please complete your ticket registration using the provided separate link via email. Ensure all required fields, such as your name, affiliation/company, and country, are filled out. This will help us prepare your badge efficiently and avoid delays on the event day.

If you ordered more than two tickets (depending on registration) – please make sure that you have assigned each ticket to the email address of the person attending and ensure they complete the steps above too.

 

ACCOMMODATION

The Lodging Package only includes the room rent charges and the rest of the incidentals would be charged extra. Hotel reception would convey all the complimentary services if any at the time of check-in. The hotel staff are not responsible for any specific details about the conference. Upon successful completion of the registration and accommodation bookings, guest room confirmation numbers will be provided to the registrants periodically.

Brussels, the capital of Belgium, is a vibrant metropolis known for its rich history, diverse culture, and political importance as the de facto capital of the European Union. The city boasts stunning architecture, with landmarks like the UNESCO World Heritage site Grand Place. Brussels’ renowned culinary scene offers world-famous chocolates, waffles, fries, mussels, and a vibrant beer culture with numerous bars and breweries. The city is also home to many museums, galleries, and theaters, with the Atomium providing unique panoramic views. Brussels blends historical significance, cultural diversity, and culinary excellence, promising an exciting and unforgettable experience.

TRAVEL/ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION:

Brussels is a well-connected city with excellent transportation options, making it easily accessible by air, train, bus, tramp, and other modes of transport.

Brussels Airport (BRU): Located about 12 km northeast of the city center, Brussels Airport is the main international gateway.

Charleroi Airport (CRL): Located about 60 km south of Brussels, this airport is another option, especially for budget airlines. Shuttle buses and trains connect Charleroi Airport to Brussels.

Metro, Trams, and Buses: Operated by STIB/MIVB, Brussels has an extensive public transit network. The metro system is efficient for quick travel within the city, while trams and buses provide comprehensive coverage.

Brussels-South (Bruxelles-Midi/Brussel-Zuid) Station: The main international train station in Brussels, it serves high-speed trains like Thalys, Eurostar, and ICE, connecting Brussels to cities such as Paris, London, Amsterdam, and Cologne.

Other Major Stations: Brussels-Central and Brussels-North are also key stations that handle both national and international train services.

Bike-Friendly: Brussels is becoming increasingly bike-friendly, with many dedicated cycling paths and bike-sharing schemes like Villo!
