Ali Ahmad Al-Barakat, PhD, is a full professor in Childhood Education at the University of Sharjah, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Al-Barakat received the Distinguished Research Award sponsored by the Hamdan Bin Rashid Foundation for Educational Excellence in the UAE and UNESCO for the year 2021. He serves as a consultant for the development of early childhood curricula in the context of digital technology. He has published over 150 peer-reviewed scientific papers, reviewed more than 300 papers, and supervised 100 doctoral theses. He has actively participated in numerous international conferences with a focus on interdisciplinary topics.
