Dr. Katharina Lasota Heller has over 20 years of experience in IT, IP and FinTech law. As the Female Founder and Managing Partner of LEXcellence – a Swiss Law Firm in Baar (Zug), she leads with expertise and innovation. She serves as President of the Swiss-Polish Blockchain Association and Co-Chair of the Regulatory Working Group at the Crypto Valley Association. Dr. Lasota deals with issues related to Blockchain, FinTech, NFTs, and the Metaverse on a daily basis. She shares her knowledge as a lecturer at Kozminski University in Warsaw and HSLU in Lucerne, focusing on FinTech, Blockchain, IP, and Technology Law. She is an attorney admitted to practice in both Switzerland and Poland. Passionate about the disruptive potential of FinTech and the data-driven economy, Katharina is devoted to supporting female business and leadership. She serves as a board member in various companies.
